All transactions conducted through this platform are B2B (Business-to-Business) commercial contracts intended for salon owners, distributors, brand operators, and project managers.

2. Product Specifications & Customization

Accuracy: We strive to display product colors, materials, and finishes as accurately as possible. However, actual colors may vary slightly due to monitor calibration or natural batch variations in leather and micro-cement/wood finishes.
OEM/ODM Customization: Custom orders (including tailored dimensions, custom upholstery colors, power plug configurations, and brand logo placement) require explicit confirmation via formal production drawings/specifications before manufacturing begins.

3. Pricing & Order Confirmation

Quotations: Quotations provided on our website or via email are valid for the period specified in the formal proforma invoice (PI). Prices are subject to adjustment based on customization scope, material costs, and order quantity.
Acceptance: An order is deemed confirmed only upon receipt of the agreed deposit and signed sales agreement or Proforma Invoice.

All design concepts, product photographs, branding elements, technical specifications, and content on this website are the intellectual property of Dekameng Technology Co., Ltd. Unauthorized reproduction, modification, or commercial use without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.
